this is really great man. the skin looks incredible. the only little thing that stood out to me was the hair line painted on looks a little artifical but it's just a minor thing and maybe it's me. otherwise great job man.

    Default Hey krzysiek_gfx

    Hey krzysiek_gfx,

Welp I think this one needs to go into the Gallery. I don't see any mistakes at all anywhere. You just nailed it.

    Cheers,

Wow! You did a beautiful piece of art work. The texturing, skin pores, wrinkles, and scars came out very nice. Would be nice to see just shaded mode images from Zbrush.
It would be nice to see a Wide Close-up shot!

    I have one question!
Did you use the image plane texturing technique or just alphas and color?

    Ok have a good one!

Nice head sculpt and render! Good feeling coming from this one.

The one thing I see is that the nose appears a bit flat at the end because it is lit from top to bottom whereas everything else has great depth. Maybe the sss penetration is a little too much?

But really, really nice work and that nose issue is extremely minor. When images become this good, little nitpicks are all that's left to critique!

LOL! Actually, I think Van Gogh cut off the lobe, didn't he?

    krzysiek_gfx,
I agree with Pilou, it is a pity you've cropped the ear. Otherwise this is wonderful. It looks real but at the same time like an illustration - I like very much.
