    This is a really cool design. I would love to see it textured rigged and animated. Keep going that is a wonder job you have done there.

    looks cool, but the anatomy of the creature needs more work. but dont get me wrong I still really like it.

    I will grab a few wireframes tonight so you guys can see how I laid out the mesh. The low is about 3000 quads and the high is probably a little shy of 2 mill. I think i was given 2 weeks and four days to do the low and high and texturing at that time was split up at Insomniac. I'm not there anymore but this division no longer exists there. Not a big fan of detail everywhere, I agree with zeke3d in that you want to draw the eye to key areas.
