more alphas

:)here i draw and paint first the little character; then i 've outlined the form, imported the outline as alphas, created 3d form very thin(3 value), then textured with texture master the result with my painting, then created a background; it’s fifties style, and fun to do, if you like to paint… amitiés M.[

I love the second image a lot.
The hair is a bit weird on the first.
it looks plastic/wet , maybe because of the large highlight strokes.

Marcel,

What I admire about your work is what effortless ease you move between different softwares, taking full advantage of ZBrush’s strengths and going to other environments for things where Zbrush is weak. Smart.

Nice innovation, too, trying ZBrush in new ways. You are always surprising me.

I like this work and the “caged” characters in the other thread.

Hi Marcel
Le background c’est réalisé avec texture et “Hrepeat & Vrepeat” ?

Excellent work as usual, Marcel. I love the simple elegance of the style and the bright, clear colours - especially on the first image. Bravo! :+1: :+1: :+1:
