    Default First attempts at Zbrush

Here's a WIP of my first attempts at zbrushing. This program has been awesome so far.

and I threw some color on it in photoshop.

I'm wondering, is it possible to assign different materials and textures to subtools? This is some of my first work in 3d, and I'm still learning. Any advice would be appreciated.

That's a great start - this guy has a lot of character. (You could have colored him in ZBrush using polypainting.)

    On your question:

The ZBrush wiki is a great resource:

Indeed, lot's of character! Welcome to the forum, and to 3D. You'll do great by the looks of it.
This forum and the Wiki showed by Marcus are big sources of information. Spend some time looking things up and if you're stumped, there's always someone down here willing to answer.

    Have fun!
