Hi,
some comments, allright:

It looks quite fine, but there are some thing wich you might reconsider.

His Head / Neck looks small compared to the body.

his mouth doesn't look right... i don't know how to discribe it, it doesn't look that deep. i don't get the feeling that it can really eat something.

His Eyes are too black. It would look more real if they were really dark grey/blue instead of black.

I once had a similar figure in mind, yet i never came to drawing it, so i really like your work, keep it on!
