Thanks a lot for the comments everyone! Much appreciated, and I'm really happy you like it

ianianoh: I usually stop working on the base mesh at the point when I start caring too much about the surface quality and I jump onto the retopo and detailing stage. I try to use whatever method is faster. In most cases it's not worth the time spent on polishing a bad mesh and it is usually much easier starting all over again once you have the forms and the design figured out. But again, a lunch sketch can be pretty different from a production model. Try to stay flexible and don't get stuck into one workflow. Hope this helps.

    Cheers

Dammit! So perfectly finished and well designed. How long did it take you to model the Valkyrie?

Thanks TOKOLOSH. The modeling took around two weeks and then another two for uv, texturing, rigging and rendering.

    Question

    WOW! amazing works
how do you and other top-notch artist get the the very well designed exact hard surface is beyond me every time I try hard surface i ended up creating a lot unneeded shapes or certain other shapes that I don't want on my base mesh, and using HPolish again and again totally messes up the base mesh then i ended up with a abstract looking rock :'( any tips
