More work done on this experiment this morning....Light/shade shadow/atmosphere study.
Will put some more FiberMesh foliage in the forground shadows of the cliff face next...Basically just creating a piece to study more, and practice more with FiberMesh on.

Great composite, I like the overall setting a lot! Did you sculpt those hydra looking creatures or did you paint them in corel painter? For me the rocks are a little dark, you can't see any detail or so!
But keep it going Glenn, really digging your works!

Thank You Deke...I'll probably end up with 3 or 4 versions..and fog will difinitely be in one of them..I'm really interested to see how light can look shining on just the tips of the little flowers and leaves in the foliage that i'm planning on putting in the shadow areas of the forground rocks using this new FiberMesh feature in ZBRUSH...
Thanks for the visit and suggestion Deke,..Always useful, appreciated and welcomed.

Hi Kenny and Thanks Man......That dragon was done entirerly within ZBRUSH....I sculpted it to start with in Sculptris,..then took it into SpotLight when that feature first came out..I used a photo of a snow leapard to get the fur part, bat wing photo for his wings, and a photo of a scaley type of ant eater to get the scales on the rest of his body...using the SpotLight feature in ZBRUSH..great feature and lots of fun to use. Wips for it are back in this sketchbook somewhere..somewhere back there....About the details in the rock...don't want to see them..they are of least interest to the piece as a whole, and should take second stage to what's happening in the piece..

Getting some more drama going on this morning in this little light/shade/shadow/atmosphere study,.. through the use of light/shade/shadow/atmosphere.

    Thumbs up

Woa ... the original gang of three, a triumvirate to be reckoned with! I am really loving the way this shaping up! One tiny suggestion ... the grass at the bottom right is breaking up a bit.

But otherwise, Bravo Glenn! Cheers, David

Hey,..Thank You David ..I'll see what I can do about that plant..Funny, it changes for the worse when I up the resolution and dimentions of the canvas..I'll find a solution to that problem somewhere along the way in this experiment..Hopefully

Worked on and put in place some more FiberMesh foliage for this little light/shade/shadow/atmosphere study this morning.
