    Here's an update, made a quick render within Zbrush.
    Started working on the polypainting of the rest of his body. Still got a lot of work to do.
    I may have to do renders in max since the blood has no spec right now so it looks flat.

    Looking good man. Looking at your reference photo, you should make his cranium a little thinner, laterally, and his mouth a little more wide.
