    @ jawa64 Thanks man
    I did a search by image too but haven't manage to find out who made this amazing concept...
    Regarding the concept...as I've stated...I'm only using it as inspiration...the the face and the whole body proportions are completely different and it's made after a close friend of mine. Anyway...i will surely modify it till the end a lot....still long way to go.

    @Jagoro Thanks

    @brian20 Thanks man. The scales were done roughly in 3ds max...I used a really old script for max that makes a morph target from mesh to planar uv's(SlideKnit)....posed the scales on it....morphed back to the posed cloth then went to zbrush and used move topological and some standard brush to make them unique.

    Default Beautiful work

    Beautiful paint over in that previous post by the way. I haven't painted in a while but that concept art really inspired me to go back and sketch out to projects I'm working on. It really seems to be helping you from what I can tell. This tread is really progressing. The clay renders are looking super clean. Maybe start pushing the small the details and displacements in the next phases with some layered shaders maybe.
    I can't wait to see more renders!

    @teddy007kong
    Thanks man. I agree...the concept is beautiful, that's why I got inspired by it to make this character.
    Regarding the small details and displacement...I won't go that way....I will make this a game character...so in best case scenario I will render a height map and use tessellation. Anyway I want it to be amazing when it will be done.

    Yup. I'm using displacement.

    Here's a quick grab of my 2 masks...left part is the masking part for easy sculpting and the right one is the detail map.
