Yeah man this is really awesome stuff!
Only suggestions, either add (or use more) inflate on some of the wrinkles and folds. Would make it look more natural. Also, using some nudge (at a soft setting) couldn't hurt either.

    Default more!

Great work smilegraphix! I imagine you could make any form appear organic and natural. Not a skill easily taught. Look forward to seeing more of your creations!

    Hi.

I think the character has lost some of his power in your zbrushed version.
He is more aged looking and not weather by battle... maybe

The vertebrae in the back of the neck and beck seem a little underdeveloped or unnatural too.

Why is that area of skin so thin, while other areas so fleshy and muscular?

Your initial renderings look very powerful.

great stuff .. excellent show case of zbrush and imagination.

I do have a question on the Workflow....

so, let me get this straight, please forgive me if I sound odd.

You created the mesh in zbrush, then got it into xsi? or created it in xsi and then got it in zbrush....anyway....my challenge is creating in zbrush then getting it into xsi for eveloping, rigging and animation....

Thanks so much All to your feedback!

i'll try to answer at the questions...

Mahlikus The Black: i like to think that my orc is only a trange monster without a real contest...when i start in Zbrush i did him wrinkles and details following
only my pleasure... maybe some refiniments at the wrinkles to "naturalize" the shapes can helps to give armony at the model... but i haven't time to get a perfection...

    low_stres:
    - i gave not much importance to the back of my model due i'm going to make a little short where tha back is not visible or nearly...
the back needs details... i know... but, to optimize my time, i prefere go straight...

    iammalkavian:

    this were my steps:
1- modelling the Orc in XSI
2- export the "step 0" (not subdivided) into Zbrush (using obj format)
3- adding the details with Zbrush
4- re-export the model "step 0" into XSI even using obj format...
5- creating displacement map from Zbrush (very time consuming operation...)
6- setting the render tree to optimize the displacement result in render...
you can take a look at this tread:

    http://www.zbrushcentral.com/zbc/sho...d.php?t=020310

i found it very useful to learn the method of work after Zbrush exporting...

so... i'd try to export displacement map from Zbrush in 1024x1024 resolutions (therefore not too high details) and this is my first render test:
