Let's familiarize ourselves a little better with ZRemesher's DetectEdges functionality. In this Lesson example, we'll take a gear model that has a triangulated mesh with no PolyGroups or no mesh ID, but has edges to help utilize the DetectEdges function. Once DetectEdges is activated, we can convert our mesh to quad based geometry, create PolyGroups, and most importantly retain our clean or hard edges. This function can assist with future mesh editing including Dividing and sculpting or features that utilize PolyGroups.

hello. Andrew: Thank you! The model in red wax. all parts are made sutools except flowers (Gear3d), the vase (sweepProfile3D) and table (sweepProfile 3d) that are placed after 2.5D, and also the branches (snakeHookBrusch) 2.5 R ... all touch in 2D and Zb PaintTool-Sai. The body is a very simple basic 3Dcoat reworked in Zb. Yes it's like in the tutorial that you show us Julian_K: Thank you. The problem is I have "fixed" my scene Pixols and in this case is no longer rendering BRP. Grrrrr I'm very disappointed, I have to chose between a Pixols and BRP. Michal: Thank you. "Do I Have to Say That These Are top row images?" Wouooow I doubt that this kind of image goes up "BTW do you Know That You Can Transfer multi resolution meshes zb to blender? Superior to Any technique is based displacement map" Nooo! ? Tell me, I am very interested. piz: "... Scary and Wonderful!" I try to do that, yes ... So gruesome! Can we see it in just the red wax? or the low-poly geometry? Did you start it in ZSpheres? I have to admit I am still a little fuzzy on exactly how images like this are done with the balance between geometry and pixol art. Can you...

I can only say 2 things - 1. you got that far, you should finish it, it's definitely worth it. 2. give rendering in Zbrush 4 a try. you can anyway render just as you did in 3.5, and/or get a bit more into BPR rendering and even combine both. on a...
